Chris has over 20 years of experience in the communications industry. He was born in the upstate New York city of Utica, spent many summer weekends cheering on the Mets at Shea Stadium, and graduated from Syracuse University. After a two-year stint as a TV anchor and reporter in West Virginia, he joined Bright House Networks (now Spectrum) at their 24-hour news channel in Orlando. Chris eventually transferred to the company’s sports channel in Tampa, where he helped create and maintain the station’s website and social media channels. The highlight of his 14-year tenure was covering two Super Bowls. He has resided in Lakeland since 2012 with his wife, two sons and two dogs, and is thrilled to work and live in the same city after commuting for a decade! Chris says the “wow factor” strikes you immediately upon arriving on the grounds at Lake Gibson Village, and his mission is to convey that to as many people as possible.
