Chef Paul is a third-generation chef with 30 years’ experience creating extraordinary cuisine. His background includes serving the athletes of several sports franchises: The Detroit Lions, Detroit Pistons, Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Pirates. Over the past 12 years, Chef Paul has served as Executive Chef in retirement communities in Pennsylvania and Florida. Chef Paul strongly believes in using local farms and the freshest ingredients in his preparations. In a recent culinary cook-off, he was awarded the revered title of ‘Best Of The Best’ by The Ledger. “Working with the residents helps me create for them the wonderful experiences they deserve and that is what keeps me coming back for more.”
