Cathy Stokes

Marketing Liaison

Cathy was born in Lakeland and hasn’t left; she graduated from Kathleen High School and received degrees from both Polk State College and the University of South Florida. She taught at Lakeland Christian School, later home-schooled her three children and still works with homeschoolers. Cathy also holds many fond memories of her grandfather, who was among those who helped build the original Carpenters Home in 1928. Cathy’s grandfather later lived at the Home and is buried in their cemetery. Cathy joined our team in May 2017 and is thrilled to carry on her grandfather’s legacy in the building he helped construct.
