With over 22 years of experience in the senior living industry, Alisa Abner brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Lake Gibson Village. Throughout her career, she has held various leadership roles, including Sales and Marketing Director, Director of Life Enrichment, Director of Private Duty Care, General Manager, and Executive Director. These diverse positions have provided her with invaluable insights into every aspect of the senior care industry, from operational management to the deep emotional responsibility of caring for those we serve.

Alisa believes that running a senior care community involves more than just financial responsibility – it requires a passion that comes from the heart. Inspired by the strong relationships she shared with her grandparents, her admiration for seniors, and her respect for their families, Alisa is driven by a profound commitment to enhancing the lives of older generations.

Originally from a small town in West Virginia, Alisa has lived in Charlotte, North Carolina, and relocated to Florida in 1999. She is fortunate to have a loving husband, a supportive family, and the greatest joy in life – being called “Mimi” by her one and only granddaughter.
