Special Opportunity:

Lake Gibson Village is seeking an established medical practice to take over clinic space within our community as an additional provider to care for our residents and more.

  • Must be able to see multiple geriatric patients per day.
  • The clinic would be open to the non-resident 55+ population.
  • Must be familiar with geriatric needs, disease processes, and referrals for 3rd party services.
  • We would like the clinic to provide care for employees as well.
  • The clinic space is set up and has been previously licensed for use.
  • The clinic has an exterior entrance door for other patients and an inside door for LGV patients and staff.
  • Must be able to use marketing team to promote company and office at networking events.
  • The clinic would have access to over 100+ potential patients in the facility.
  • We would like to see practice that is comfortable with urgent care needs as well.
  • We would like the clinic to be available at minimum 4 days per week, and a rotating weekend schedule would be nice.
  • We would expect a provider to manage urgent care needs, as well as PCP care.
  • It will be imperative to have open and meaningful communication with the resident care team and the in-house 3rd party providers.
  • We need someone well-versed in writing referrals for speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and skilled nursing.
  • A clinic with a social worker involved in managing long-term illnesses and family communication would be beneficial. The ideal clinic would build relationships with our community and be an initiative-taking entity with us.
  • We would like the clinic to have on-call hours to reach someone after hours for non-emergency care needs.
  • The current rent is $2500 per month.
