Memory Care Director

Memory Care Director, Ashley Martinez, brings 18 years of senior living experience to the Lake Gibson Village team, previously serving as a Wellness Director and Administrator-in-Training in other communities. Ashley enthusiastically serves her residents, focusing on improving the quality of life for those with dementia and memory loss, through resident-centered care, engaging activities, in a home-like environment with caring and compassionate staff. Ashley finds that patience, understanding, and love are the keys to caring for the residents of our Memory Care family and she demonstrates these beliefs in her daily interactions.

Whenever she can, Ashley loves to travel internationally, experiencing various cultures and cuisines. Some of her favorite destinations have been, Brazil, Indonesia, and Japan. She looks forward to seeing much more of the world!
