Wellness Director

Charity Judino, a native Lakelander, graduated from Polk State College in 2011 as a Registered Nurse. For the first few years of her career, she was an emergency room nurse, and later moved to the procedural area in the Cardiac Cath Lab at Lakeland Regional Health. In 2016, Charity continued her education and graduated on the Dean’s List with a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing. For the last few years, Charity’s career has led her to be a Clinical Nurse Director and Manager, helping to build grassroot healthcare organizations throughout Florida and later, as part of a Federally Qualified Health Centers, supporting underserved communities. Charity’s love of teaching and caring for others has always led her in the right direction, and she is excited to serve as the Wellness Director of Lake Gibson Village. Charity is the mother of three wonderful boys. The oldest serves in the Navy in fire control, her middle child is a senior at Lakeland Christian School, and her youngest son is 9 years old. Charity enjoys all outdoor activities, particularly fishing, boating, and being around the water. In her spare time, Charity loves to read and write, bird watch, repurpose/refinish furniture, and explore new adventures!
