Jen Adams

Business Office Manager

Jen has been a part of the Lake Gibson Village family since 2019, starting as an intern while attending Florida Southern College and joining us full time after graduating, and has since graduated with her master’s in social work from Saint Leo University. She has served in several different roles within the community and is currently our Business Office/HR Director. Jen is from a small town in the Buffalo/Rochester area of western New York and has chosen to make Lakeland home, having purchased a house in 2019. In her free time, Jen enjoys spending time with her three rescue dogs that she adopted, going to concerts, traveling, visiting her family, and working on her 1957 Volvo.
