Culinary Director

Kimone’s story begins on the vibrant island of Jamaica, where her roots in flavor and culture first took shape. At just ten years old, she made the move with her family to Plant City, Florida—a transition that would help spark an incredible journey fueled by passion and creativity.

Drawn to the art of food from an early age, Kimone followed her dreams to Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, where she honed her skills in Culinary Arts and began turning her passion into a profession.

Over the past 20+ years, Kimone has built a dynamic and inspiring career in the culinary world. From working at the renowned Don Cesar Beach Resort in St. Pete Beach to leading as Director of Dining Services in Hyde Park, Tampa, she has left her mark in every kitchen she’s touched. At home, her love for food continues to flourish—her husband is also a chef, and together they run Seasoned Green, a popular vegan food truck that’s even been featured on Food Network’s Carnival Eats.

Beyond the kitchen, Kimone is a proud and devoted mother to three daughters—a 16-year-old at Tampa Bay Technical High School, a curious 6-year-old, and an energetic 3-year-old who keeps life full of joy and excitement.

Whether she’s crafting delicious dishes, baking something unforgettable, or sharing her beautiful singing voice, Kimone brings heart, creativity, and warmth into everything she does.
