Laura has proudly called Lakeland home for more than 50 years, building deep roots in the community she loves. Her career began in the hospitality industry, where she worked her way up from housekeeper to desk clerk and ultimately to general manager. Along the way, she developed a strong passion for creating warm, memorable guest experiences and forming meaningful connections with people. Laura is especially proud to be the very first employee of Lake Gibson Village and has had the unique privilege of watching it grow and evolve from the very beginning. Her long-standing connection to the community and the community she serves has made her journey there especially meaningful.

Over time, Laura discovered a true calling in senior living. Today, as a Sales and Marketing Director, she finds great fulfillment in guiding seniors and their families through one of life’s most important transitions—helping them feel supported, informed, and confident as they explore their options for senior living.

Laura brings valuable professional expertise to her role, including her Florida Real Estate License, which further strengthens her ability to assist families in making well-informed decisions. A strong believer in the assisted living lifestyle at Lake Gibson Village, she is honored to serve its residents and be part of their daily lives.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys a rich and curious life filled with travel, cooking, genealogy, amateur astronomy, classic films, and musicals. Her favorite moments are the lively, joy-filled meals shared with family and friends—full of laughter, connection, and just the right amount of chaos.
