Nicole Rieck-Rubo

Raised in Fort Myers/Sanibel Florida, Nicole is well-traveled. While her mother privately tutored the children, the family traveled to performances with their father, a classical guitarist. While her father was performing, the family worked in the restaurants of the venues. Nicole’s love of food and service started when she was six when she was assigned dishwashing duties!
Nicole has worked for many renowned restaurants – from Key West to California – with several stops in between. She graduated from Edison College for Nutrition & Psychology and after college moved to Center City Philadelphia. Later, Nicole worked at two of the top restaurants in the country, while furthering her education at The Restaurant School of Philadelphia. In addition, she is a Certified Dietary Manager and assisted living CORE trained. Nicole’s travels eventually brought her home to Florida where she started her career in senior living!
