Paul Simoneau

Maintenance Director

Paul joined LGV in August 2025, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a can-do attitude. Before joining our team, he proudly served 10 years of active duty in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed a strong work ethic and leadership skills that continue to guide his career today.

After his military service, Paul spent five years as an Interior Trim Division Coordinator for a central Florida company before co-owning a business that specialized in hotel remodels across the country. His journey eventually led him to Sebring, where he discovered his passion for facilities management and served as a Maintenance Director for several years.

When he’s not keeping things running smoothly at LGV, you’ll likely find Paul under the hood of a car, enjoying some good music, or spending time with his two cats.
